Stephen is the Managing Partner and head of the firm’s Commercial and Disputes Resolution Teams. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). With experience in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Claims, Employment, Tax, and Arbitration, Stephen advises and represents multinational firms, local firms, and departments of government.
Stephen was previously a Senior Legal Counsel of one of the leading retail organizations in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, an experience that observers appreciate makes him “understand the clients’ business needs and develop innovative and practical strategies”.
Stephen’s spectacular experience has seen him work with some of the top-tier law firms, where he advised clients on the resolution of disputes in a wide range of sectors, including various aspects of banking law, state corporations, insurance law and commercial law.

Lizzah is the firm’s Senior Legal Consultant and is based in George Town, Cayman Islands. She brings extensive experience as a compliance practitioner and policy analyst, having led complex legal and regulatory compliance audits for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
She holds a compliance certification from the International Compliance Association (ICA) and has significant expertise in regulatory compliance across Kenya, Seychelles, and the Cayman Islands. Lizzah also serves on the Board of Directors of Afribuk Society.
Her multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory expertise enables clients to confidently navigate complex compliance environments. Clients rely on her strategic insight and strong understanding of cross-border regulatory frameworks when addressing matters such as market entry, legal and regulatory audits, corporate compliance, and governance.

He has advised local and international banks, financial institutions, national and county governments, as well as individual and corporate clients on complex commercial transactions, including the structuring, financing, and restructuring of various funding arrangements.
Kibet’s cross-sector and multi-jurisdictional experience has been shaped through his work at some of Kenya’s leading law firms and with prominent organizations in the United Kingdom in various in-house legal roles. In these capacities, he has provided strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and risk management, delivering practical solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
